Associated with Disha Sanskritic Manch, Delhi.
Performed & directed street plays like Raja Ka Baja, Halla Bol, Loktantra ka tamasha.

Associated with  'Stree Adhikar Sangathan' - an organization actively working for Womens' Rights.
Lokesh along with other members produce a magazine called 'streemukti'  twice in a year.
She alon with others regularly facilitate workshops with students, women and young people on issues like gender, patriarchy and sexual abuse. Their street play on sexual harassment  - called 'Maholl Badalana hai' had more than 30 shows in Delhi and Allahabad in 2003 - 04.
