Sunil Kumar: Aa Maa Tujhe Dil Ne Pukara; Jagaran Tales in Delhi
This project looks at the Jagaran phenomenon in Delhi, especially the Jagaran parties, singers, writers and musicians. The proposal attempts to understand the ways in which these "public" occasions constitute and gather their publics, and how public resources are gathered and deployed.
