<p>Betilism Raat: Roshini Ka Aadhunik Safar has been translated from Disenchanted Night: The Industrialization of Light in the Nineteenth Century by Wolfgang Schivelbusch (translated from German to English by Angela Davis). The Hindi translation has been done by Yogendra Dutt and its editors are Ravikant and Sanjay Sharma. Betilism Raat is about the industrialization of light: its shift from natural fuels to industrially produced sources of energy and luminosity and how these change affected the home, city, politics and society.</p>
