- Spycams towatch Bangalore: The Times of India, 3rd Feburary 2007. BANGALORE: Miscreants will no longer be able to dodge the police by disappearing into crowds. The police will soon instal 100 surveillance cameras at key locations in the city that will facilitate easier tracking of criminals.
- Lockheed Martin to sell surveillance aircraft to India: The Hindu, 11th Feburary, 2005.BANGALORE, FEB. 10. The U.S. aerospace major, Lockheed Martin, today said that it had secured the export licence from the American Government for the sale of P-3C Orion, the maritime surveillance aircraft, and the C-130 J `Hercules,' to India.
- IIT-K grads develop UAVs: The Times of India, 20th Feburary 2007. AHMEDABAD: Seven students of Indian Institute of Technology-Kanpur have developed an innovative multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with a low altitude surveillance system (LASS) for reconnaissance and surveillance missions, and medium altitude long endurance (MALE) vehicles for scientific missions, terrain mapping and disaster management.
